There are certain things you have to take care of when dealing with your life.

 To understand life you have to understand your behavior. TIME MANAGEMENT is the most important skill, as everyone knows. 

We are constantly looking for ways to manage our effectively, but we rarely follow the rules for a long period of time.


Here are the 5 simple tips you can apply for managing your time in a better way-


1. Perfection Doesn't Exist. 




We as Human beings try to achieve everything in a perfect manner. It doesn't matter if you talk about our Health, Success or Relationships. WE WANT EVERYTHING PERFECT. 

If you want to manage your time, you have to give up EXPECTATIONS. Yeah! Make Goals, Work for it, but don't be attached to the outcome.


 Start Meditating daily as a part of your routine. You don't have to worry about the results, just take the ACTION & LEAVE IT TO GOD. He will take care of it. BELIEVE.




2. SAY 'NO'.





Most of the people have problems with saying NO. Be Bold and maintain your priority. I know its tough and we have to make sacrifices. If you are Selfless ( most of us are), you need to practice a lot because the only person who needs care is you.

 Yeah! PAY YOURSELF FIRST and then others. 
You have a BADASS side, show it to the world without being shy. 

Saying NO doesn't mean you don't care about a person or situation, it simply symbolizes that you have set your priorities. 


You also have to say 'NO' to Habits that DESTROY YOUR PRODUCTIVITY.


3. Take A  NAP




Of course, Managing time shouldn't be about working all day long. IN ORDER TO DO MORE WORK, YOU NEED MORE REST. Some people (if not you) get confused between a Nap and Sleep.

Too much Rest will not help you to achieve your dreams and goals. There is a Zodiac Sign called LIBRA and its all about Balance.

 BALANCE is also a critical point in TIME MANAGEMENT STRATEGY. You do work and then rest. Keep this ongoing process until success is achieved.

4. Plan AHEAD, Plan REAL.








REAL.REAL.REAL. You have to make your plans look more realistic. I know what you are thinking, we all dream of climbing that huge mountain, being a perfect relationship or earning a millionaire dollars. 


All your dreams will come true but you have to differentiate your dreams with your goals.


99% of people fail to make their dreams come true because they don't understand the difference between DREAMS & GOALS.

 Your dream is your dream, but your goals should be practical.

5. Reward YOURSELF.



What is the meaning of REWARDING YOURSELF? Does it mean eating a pizza after work?  Well, It can be. You can reward yourself with anything that is good for you.

Hey! You are working, your brain needs instant feedback after a while. To Achieve your long-term Goals or Dreams your brain needs Positive feedback to work on it. 

You can eat something, talk to your friends or you can even TAKE A NAP if you need. Any activity which makes us feel good is necessary for our brains and body.


The BOTTOM line

If you want to make your time effectively, Simply accept that perfection doesn't exist. MAKE REAL & PRACTICAL GOALS. Fill your life with REWARDS & NAPS because that's critical and Learn when to SAY 'NO'.
